FastyFooty Privacy Policy

Introduction

FastyFooty ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the information the FastyFooty game (our "App") stores on your behalf, the advertising it shows, and our practices for handling that information.

The short version: FastyFooty has no accounts, no sign-in and no servers of our own. Your career save stays on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud storage. The App is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob. Ads are only personalised if you give consent, and the App never asks iOS for tracking permission before you have made that choice.

Information Stored by the App

Information You Provide

• Manager names: The names or nicknames you type for each manager in a career, including friends who play pass-and-play on your device
• Career save: Your chosen club, squad, tactics, transfers, results, standings and season history
• Settings: Preferences such as sound, match speed and renamed clubs or players

Information Collected Automatically

• By Apple, for iCloud and Game Center: Basic device information needed to sync your save and to report achievements and leaderboard scores, handled entirely by Apple
• By Google AdMob, to serve ads: Device information such as model, iOS version, language, approximate location derived from IP address, the AdMob app identifier and ad interaction events. With your consent, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is also used. See Advertising below

Information We Do NOT Collect

FastyFooty does NOT collect:

• Names, email addresses or any account information (there are no accounts)
• Precise location data
• Contacts, photos or calendar information
• Health or financial data
• Payment information (the App has no in-app purchases)

We operate no backend and receive none of your career data. The only third-party SDK in the App is Google Mobile Ads, used solely to show ads and to collect the consent that governs them.

How Your Information Is Used

The information stored by the App is used solely to:

• Run your football career across seasons and resume it when you return
• Sync your save between your own devices through iCloud
• Report achievements and leaderboard scores to Game Center, if you are signed in
• Show rewarded and interstitial ads that keep the App free

Advertising

Ad formats

The App shows two kinds of ads from Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional: you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game bonus such as a scout report or a one-off budget boost. Interstitial ads appear occasionally between match days, never during a match. Both are capped to a small number per day.

Consent and tracking permission

• Consent (GDPR, UK and similar regions): Before any ad is loaded, the App shows Google's consent form where required by law. You can decline personalised ads and still play; you will then see non-personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time from Settings > Privacy options in the App
• App Tracking Transparency: The App asks for iOS tracking permission only after you have seen the consent form and finished your first match. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the advertising identifier is not shared and ads are non-personalised. You can change this in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
• Content rating: Ads are requested with Google's "parental guidance" maximum content rating

Google AdMob

• Purpose: Serving ads and measuring their delivery; collecting and storing your consent choice
• Data shared: Device and app information, IP address, ad interaction events, and the advertising identifier only with your permission
• Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses data from partner apps
• Control: The consent form in the App, Settings > Privacy options, and iOS tracking settings

Data Storage and Security

Local storage

Your career save is stored locally on your device in the App's private container.

iCloud

If your device is signed into iCloud and iCloud Drive is enabled for the App, the save is also stored in your personal iCloud storage so that you can continue on another device signed into the same Apple Account. This data lives in your own iCloud account. We have no access to it, and it is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. You can turn this off in iOS Settings > Apple Account > iCloud.

Game Center

If you are signed into Game Center, the App reports achievements and leaderboard scores through Apple's Game Center service under your Game Center profile. The App does not receive your friends list or other players' data. Game Center is optional and is controlled in iOS Settings > Game Center.

Third-Party Services

Apple Inc. (iCloud, Game Center)

• Purpose: Cross-device save sync within your own iCloud account; achievements and leaderboards
• Data shared: Your career save (iCloud) and achievement and score events (Game Center)
• Privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy

Google LLC (AdMob)

There are no other third-party services. FastyFooty has no backend of its own.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell, rent or trade any information. Your career data exists only on your devices and in your own iCloud account. Advertising data is processed by Google under its own policies and your consent choices.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Local data: Stored on your device until you reset your career in Settings or delete the App
• iCloud data: Stored in your iCloud account until you reset your career, delete the App's data in iOS Settings > Apple Account > iCloud > Manage Account Storage, or disable iCloud Drive for the App
• Game Center data: Retained by Apple under your Game Center profile; manage it in iOS Settings > Game Center
• Advertising data: Retained by Google according to its policies; withdraw consent at any time from Settings > Privacy options in the App

Children's Privacy

FastyFooty is rated 13+ on the App Store and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the App shows third-party advertising, it is not part of the App Store Kids Category. If you believe a child under 13 has used the App and that information has been collected, please contact us so it can be addressed.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of personal data. Because we hold no personal data ourselves, these rights are exercised through the controls described above: the in-App consent form and Privacy options for advertising, iOS tracking settings, and your iCloud and Game Center settings for Apple services. For requests concerning advertising data, you may also contact Google through the links above.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. The date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top of the privacy policy. It is your responsibility to check for updates.
